Just Right
Very soft & not as dense as it first appears. Great for blending cream & liquid complexion products, and also for patting on lightweight powder. Spot cleans nicely in between uses on a microfiber cloth so it doesn't get clogged up. Nice shape helps get a smooth even application for whatever product, whether it's really lightweight balms, to heavier creams.
Although this was given for review I have since bought another one as I like it so much.

Has this been re-designed?
This is still a great brush, but I'm confused. Based on all the reviews I've watched where people used this, I've seen this had a slightly domed top. However, mine is very slanted. So I don't know if this has been redesigned or if mine having a slant was a fluke.
In any case, this is a good quality brush and that doesn't have an extortionate price. It works well with all of Merit's cream products thanks to its size and shape (foundation, bronzer, blush and highlighter). It's extremely soft, it cleans well and doesn't take an eternity to dry. Could you find cheaper synthetic brushes similar to this from Real Techniques, Ecotools or ELF? Sure. But this is similar to BK Beauty or It Cosmetics brushes in terms of price and is even softer than BK, so you won't be disappointed if you try it.

Best Ever - almost
This brush provides the perfect means to apply Merit products be it the Minimilist or Flash Balm. The contoured brush works well and is soft enough not to drag the skin and is a pleasure to use. Having applied the Instant Glow Serum and Priming Moisturiser with my fingers I find the brush is the difficult to hold so then applied the serums with the brush but used more product ……. a brush with textured handle might make the difference.

Great Brush!
I love using this brush with the minimalist foundation as it’s the perfect size for foundation application as well as tapping in for under eye coverage. I do prefer a bigger, fluffier brush for blending out my blush.

Beautiful, soft brush
I must admit, I am very much an apply foundations with fingers type of gal. I've been using this brush with Merit's Minimalist Stick and have found the application is super smooth and slick compared to my messy finger application. The brush itself is so soft, and looks and feels luxurious. The brush blends the base product. I must caveat this with the fact that I only use Merit's Great Skin Serum and Moisturiser as the base. However, the brush seems versatile and like it could be used with a variety of base products. The bristles aren't sparse like other foundation brushes, so I feel like it could apply products quite precisely by stippling. Quality item; vegan and cruelty free so kind to skin and the planet!
