From what i can tell the ingredients are all skin loving and each offer there owm benefits to the skin.

I love that it's fragrance free and the ingredients inside and sensitive skin friendly. The spray is really fine and the texture isn't greasy so I think this mist would be great for everyone especially in the cold months
