Sephora has always championed emerging brands. This prize takes our commitment further by creating a structured and accelerated approach to supporting European beauty innovation. Europe is a rich, creative market with incredible brands that sometimes need a platform to reach a wider audience. This incubator allows us to empower these brands and bring their unique offerings to consumers.

The winning brand will benefit from comprehensive support for three years. This includes product development guidance, significant marketing and visibility across Sephora’s European, UK and Turkey channels (in-store, online, social media), access to consumer insights, and strategic mentoring from Sephora executives.

Key criteria include being a European-based brand compliant with Europe regulations, offering products in any beauty category, and demonstrating authenticity, innovation, and a strong fit with Sephora's values. We're looking for brands with a strong point of view, a true capacity for innovation, and an authentic story from visionary founders. We believe innovation can come from any beauty segment – makeup, skincare, fragrance, hair, and even beauty tech! Our focus is on brands that connect with our customers and offer expertise, novelty, and meaning.
